I said it was abused before they changed the T&C, thus resulting in going from 7 days to 30 days. I can see people in this forum already abusing the program so that is why this change was needed.
BRG is not a mandatory program by law but some promotional gimmicks. IHG set rules, we follow. All of us here are doing everything within the terms and conditions. What to abuse? If they are lenient and understand the so-called original intention of the program, many protective clauses from the terms and conditions should be removed.
