Why you would want to do a TLV-LHR-FRA (That must take "around 9 hours") compared to "around 4 hours" direct is beyond me.....
Don't get me wrong... I don't like it when things get worse but.......
I always thought that 40k round trip in CW to TLV was a real bargain. It's not too shabby at 50K....... and the Long haul tier points are very helpful....
I don't think anybody using the TLV service can seriously complain...
Incidentally, I had to get back from Bermuda... the flight time back to London was only 5 hours 15 mins... but the redemption rate is 50K (double the new mileage for TLV... THEY get a raw deal.....(even IF the redemption rate from BDA is coming down to 40K soon))......
