For Star Alliance and One World, use www.awardnexus.com - very comprehensive. I enjoy ExpertFlyer more but they don't cover as many airlines as AwardNexus.

If you look at FlyerTalk, there is a thread about EF and you can get a referral that will save some money. But if you travel a bit, the fees are more than worth it (to me at least!).
