I'm not sure if this is even necessary. I know I've read somewhere on here that the TSA is supposed to let one through to any terminal if one has a same day boarding pass, not just the terminal with the departing flight. Not sure if there have been any first hand accounts of it actually happening though but may be worth a shot.
