How were these tickets booked? Were they made via a travel agent or did someone book them on your behalf via ba.com?

If you have the booking reference (six-digits) then you can enter this on Manage My Booking at ba.com, then (I think) click on 'Print / e-mail ticket receipt' at the bottom of the page. You'll need the credit card used to make the booking.

That may have your ticket number on there. Mine don't, but all my upcoming flights are TA bookings.
