You can obtain the Eticket number from your confirmation email*, or from the travel agent/person that made the booking.

(* Under the heading "Payment Information" in your confirmation email, the first line is: Ticket Number(s) 125-XXXXXXXXXX.

Assuming that it was a BA flight, the ticket number will always start with 125- )
