We had a recent death in the family, and I had to book a ticket for my mum in a hurry. I did not see the no ffp line in the booking. She has used the first leg of the ticket and is in 2 weeks will return to SIN to restart her RTW. Is it possible to pay the difference to upgrade fare class to get ffp miles. If she does, the flight back to SIN will take her to gold.
