Imagine that you rent a car with a compagny code contract (30% off for exemple) which you are not employed. No one ask the proof... What would be the consequence of a car crash or a damage on the car. Does the compagny (you are not employed) id warned about that?

Second :
For the annual contrat negociation, does Hertz, Europcar send a complete list of all the rent done?
