I can't remember the exact details. Had more to do with work environment I think. ie: Aeroplan was intentially conducting business in a manner as to make customers irate, which inevitably gets taken out on the employee.
Aeroplan is not releasing seats on routes that have frequent service connecting to long haul flights for the sole purpose of generating change fees.
