If IHG have to negotiate anything with a hotel they should be doing it in their own time without making it a problem for the customer.

They are trying to negotiate you out sending them daily emails, asking if they have adjusted your rate!
If Wyndham could have BRG agents comp nights and Hyatt/Marriott/SPG/You name it can have agents discount the rates, why on earth can IHG not?
