There is also the big problem of how the said adjustment is reflected.

- "null" writted next to Advace Purchase Rules
- Note under "Special Requests" which clearly states "Free Night" and the BRG claim number
- Reservation no longer visible online, must call for details
We have also seen "HOUSE COMP" and a rate of $0.00 showing.
I have two BRG's at one property and both have been adjusted using different methods.
The BRG folks must come up with a UNIFORM method for adjusting rates and reflecting this.

I still got 1 with 'null', and the other one that is not confirmed by the hotel (I have another 2 reservations that are confirmed).
