Where did you get 3.75x miles from??
In First Class, you'd only get x 3 of base miles (though status), and in Business x 2.
If you're FT or SEN, you'd get the additional 25%.
But back to your question, you will only get the respective miles on the flight flown. Not what your ticket is. If there is only 2 class, Biz and Economy, you'd be seated in Business and awarded only Business Class miles.
