No refund, you get to ride in whatever seat is available. Just be glad they haven't gone to single-class Y. This is one of the risks of RTW tickets (F gets you the highest class of service offered)...a point-to-point F ticket would be refunded the F-J difference, though (but not for a RTW fare).
