I've seen the elite inventory higher in many cases and the same in many others. No guarantees, to be sure. But I've definitely had instances where being elite got me seats that otherwise would have not been available.

They already give folks using miles or other instruments priority over EUA on the CO side and the new program will have that same policy for the CPU process. I'm not so sure that this is a real issue to worry about.
