One thing I found interesting is the fact that there is now RN (for elite upgrades) in addition to R for upgrade availability. Does this mean that instead of zeroing out R inventory at the EUA run, CO will simply allocate EUA space in RN?

It is interesting because non-elites could potentially mileage upgrade while elites were waiting for EUAs at their respective windows.
