I extrapolated this to kaiseki simply because blueline7 appears to question the value of re-trying it in Tokyo. I would not agree that my "seconding" is entirely unrelated, but I suppose that's up to interpretation.
You can misinterpret my post for yourself if you wish. For the wider audience I want to make it clear that I'm talking about Tempura. My advice about kaiseki differs from my advice on Tempura. So I'd prefer you provide your recommendations without reference to my post. Thanks.
