Flight cancellation rules
If I call a day before, to tell them that I cannot use my ticket, will I get credit for the full amount of the ticket -- or will I get credit for full amount of ticket minus $75.00?
Forgive me for asking but I keep getting a different story when I call. Thanks, bb
