How safe is it taking one of those taxi touts? particularly to Seremban rather than KL Sentral?

Am I right in saying that it's RM66 one way to the Hilton Seremban?

Also, the taxi service, is it only the KLIA branded taxi service or do any taxi's go there? IE local seremban or local KL taxi's?
