Was check in quick and efficient? Had to wait in Executive First line while passengers were called from the main line; gate agent approaching desk noticed me and asked me to follow her to her terminal. Once at the counter, quick and efficient.
Did you use priority security (if eligible) and if so, was it quick and efficient? No difference.
Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? Yes - no complaints.
Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? Yes to both.
If there was a delay, did the gate agent provide timely updates? Minor delay - update only after the fact.
Onboard - J cabin:
Were the crew professional & well groomed? Yes
If there was a delay, were you provided with timely updates? Again, minor delay with update provided at the end.
Was the IFE activated on the ground? Not sure
Was a pre-departure beverage offered on the ground? Yes
Did crew offer to hang your jacket? Yes
Were newspapers & menus distributed and meal orders taken (Please specify when meal orders were taken - on the ground or in the air)? Newspapers / menus on the ground, meal orders in the air. Orders taken by status; co-workers who are SE were greeted by SD and had their orders taken prior to mine.
Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service? yes
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service to be completed? (From takeoff to all items collected) Not quite two hours.
How was the quality of all the meals? No complaints.
Did the cabin crew continiously top up the beverage of your choice throughout the flight? Tapered off after meal service concluded.

Overall experience/any other comments: Have had slightly better service on the same flight on other occasions, but no real complaints, especially given the labor situation.
