Overall experience/any other comments: Great experience...Great onboard crew. Super nice older lady. Was expecting some disgruntlement over strike no strike ....but nothing but smart, professional gentility.

Very good gate people. Had one point where the connecting baggage agents were debating whether to take bags or not, but they did. Hustled over to the gate after security and basically walked on. Note here that the AC kingston jamaica flight to YYZ was late thus the connection problems. Why is it that every time I pass through YYZ, I busting my butt to get to the connecting flight...I'm always arriving late!
