Does anyone have any other suggestions aside from LAX Transport?
I did look into LAX Transport and their site quoted $41.16 for West Hollywood to LAX and $46.16 for the return.
And I found these reviews on Yelp:

What I'm looking for is a car service that is reliable, not-pricey and with clean vehicles (I don't need a prestige town car but I am fed up with stinky/dirty LA cabs).
I'm happy to have found this thread with this one recommendation but certainly LA must have many such car services - and I like choices
Have any of you used other LAX car services that you feel comfortable recommending?
Yesterday I looked into
LAXTransport again. I'm posting this experience if anyone else is at all interested.
The rates went up from when I last posted. For my location the website is now showing $47.37 to go to LAX and $52.37 to come from LAX. Pricing the roundtrip together shows the exact sum of
$99.74. Fair enough.
So I used the online booking form to secure a reservation and added a question regarding the company's policy with meeting passengers at LAX.
I received an emailed quote stating that "This is a special offer price...We are currently offering our services at promotional prices". And the quote was for
$120. (And my question wasn't addressed).
I emailed back pointing out the lesser quote on the website and asking if his quote included a built-in 20% tip? And I again asked to have my question answered. Out of curiosity, I then tried calling the 2 numbers listed on the website and both went to what sounded like someone's personal voicemail (no identification of the company or of anyone's name, just a guy saying he'll call you back).
I re-read the Yelp reviews - and they're very good. And make it seem like it's just one driver who's set up a very rudimentary website.
He then called me awhile later and asked what my question was (I guess his online form doesn't work properly). And then I raised the point about the $120 quote. He said this quote most definitely does NOT include tip, that there's an additional charge because I'm flying internationally. And that the non-discounted price is an additional $25 but for me it's only $20.26. I said that I looked over his website thoroughly and saw no mention of this extra fee for int'l travelers - and he said, "oh, right, well it's new", and he'll be sure to add it to the website tonight. (BTW looked at his site again today, still no mention of this).
Adding a 50% increase to the fare because you're an international flyer seems excessive and the whole exchange has left me leery.
I guess I'll just grab a cab like always - unless anyone else has any recommendations for a reliable, inexpensive and
professionally run service?
