Called today at
the number in this thread. Don't know if it was another department but what a difference! The rep immediately asked me which line I wanted to close or reduce. I have 20K on Continental, so I asked her to take 10K off Continental and put it on Mariott. She did that and informed me she had opened a new acct for me. The whole conversation took less than 5 minutes. Thanks for your support, fellows and especially Bilah1 for the number.
