I did receive this email about a month ago. Not related to Xmas or Bday. Totally unsolicited. A very nice gesture...but the giddy anticipation of a gift basket was dashed by the receipt of a canvas briefcase and a stocked toiletry bag. I would suspect that if you are a Diamond -you likely have these items already (or multiples thereof). Again, a very nice gesture...but a bit disconnected from the realities of today's traveler.
