No question, The 777 is better all around in J or Y.

The AVOD on the 330 has fewer options (primarily no HBO) and is much slower to respond. You also have to wait a long time after take-off for it to work. On the 777 it turns on wheels up.

In J the 777 has lie flat seats. The 330 has an angled seat that is not comfortable to a lot of people for sleeping.
