I assume there's some sort of sporting/special event that I wouldn't otherwise care about? Otherwise a 330 and a 777 seem like an awful lot of lift into TYS. If so, then there's less of a chance of an equipment swap (as long as the seats are selling).
As such, I'd go with the 777. Better IFE in the rear, and EC seats will be as good as anything on the 330. And if you do clear the upgrade (which seems reasonable on a flight like this that caters to lots of non-medallions... unless they all buy F/J?), the front of the 777 is way better than the 330. The 330s used to have better seat pitch in Y, but not anymore.
Plus, a fairly light 777 should be pretty awesome on takeoff
