Agree 100%. I've been a CO Plat for a number of years and do not like what I see looming on the UACO horizon. One example: LFT will lose most of our COEx ERJ-145 regional jet service to IAH effective Dec. 5 with replacement service being provided by Colgan-operated Bombardier Q400 and Saab 340 turboprops. I'm not a big fan of Colgan for a number of reasons and would much rather ride on an Embraer RJ to and from the hub any day.

I also remember when AA was a truly great airline and have fond memories of their DC-10 first class service LAX-JFK and LAX-DFW-SJU. Those days are long gone, of course, but I do believe that AA does have a golden opportunity here with regard to many of us long time CO customers.....
