they did give chopsticks.. but it's relatively hard to eat rice off a plate with chopsticks.... you seriously think that looks ok? Even before tasting it, it looked pretty bad to me already... the goose was alright, but the pork was very thinly sliced, and definitely did not taste like real chinese barbequed pork.. more like american style chinese barbequed pork... I expected better from the catering out of HK.. Also, 3 slices of pork and 3 slices of goose.... definitely not up to par with the regular menu choices. I can get the exact same dish from a regular chinese restaurant in Hong Kong for maybe US$2 or less...
