Its really a shame that AA won't invest more in Business/First they could start by improving meals/drinks. American has a once in a decade golden opportunity to pick up Continental's customers. Many loyal CO flyers are sincerely worried now that UA is taking over.
Is there going to be an AA/JetBlue merger coming? Or AA/Alaska/Frontier? AA's gotta do something if labor costs with speculative-commodity driven oil/gas are issues.
I say just bring the Lobster tails back in the salads.....that's a no brainer for me.
