Just used online checkin, and it wouldn't let me change seats (row 59 is nothing much to get excited about on a 773).

Is this typical? SIN-PEN wasn't particularly full.

Secondly, is it usual that when changing the FFP number in the booking (from SQ to NZ - wanted SQ to use online checkin), that both can reside. Only SQ was printed on the boarding pass and I don't want the miles there.

The phone agent said that the SQ number would be kept there so that status could be earnt??? This sound PPSesque.
