Its really a shame that AA won't invest more in Business/First they could start by improving meals/drinks. American has a once in a decade golden opportunity to pick up Continental's customers. Many loyal CO flyers are sincerely worried now that UA is taking over.
Good opportunity for sure but I doubt that will happen to those who fly UA/CO now as tonite looks like AA are cancelling a lot of the DFW - NRT flights in November due to pilot shortages. Not a very reliable situation.
