As an elite, and sometime reluctant purchaser of services from UA/US/CO/DL, AA clearly treats us better. Just finished DEL-ORD, and service was great. I rate AA J ahead of BA J. US Air is a joke, and SkyPesos are worthless. UA truly wishes its customers would go away and just stop bothering them. USAir? Really? What are we surveying here? Retiring 737s? Journalism at its best.
