They do.
First GS, then all paid instrument upgrades (GPU/RPU/miles + co-pay), then Y (sorted by status), then B (sorted by status), then M (sorted by status), then 1K, Plat, Gold, Silver.
Interesting - was just assuming that YBMs would always be ahead of instruments, must have missed the actual order. Glad my stack of RPUs will be worth something next year!
