nov 18 is an example of high at one (RC) low at other (FS).

RC has 5 additional suite categories. fewer rooms means more rate variation, more sold out categories, etc.

FS seems to offer "weekend/holiday" rates more often. unfortunately FS just pulled ratecard.

base rates >
RC $370 > $659+
FS $445 > $695
