Yes, Four Seasons is right at the start of Georgetwon. It underwent a huge renovation a couple years ago and looks great. I'm a big fan of Bourbon Steak and the outdoor patio/bar area (with fires at night when the nights get chilly). Ritz-Carlton is a lot smaller (which can be good or bad depending on what you want) and closer to the middle or far end of Georgetown. My choice would be the FS.
