I agree with rdd.

For example, I flew SIN-SYD on 1 October last year, with September programming.

More recently, I flew HKG-SIN on 28 March with April programming (and what a relief that was!!).

It just depends. If there is a quick turn around of the a/c in Singapore they might not have time to change the programming. Likewise, a longer turn around just prior to months end, they might change the programming early.
