This might sound like a strange / pedantic question, but how much precision do SQ use in determining when the new month's KrisWorld entertainment begins? The reason I ask is that I am flying SIN-SYD on 01 May, departing at 00.10 hours, and having looked at the entertainment listings on the SQ website there are some movies in the May listings which I'd really like to see. Plus of course it would be nice to have a different selection from our outbound flights 6 days earlier. I can imagine SQ being the sort of airline with a very precise rule on the subject, e.g. 'any departures after midnight on the last day of the month will get the new programming'. Has anyone observed what does actually happen?

As a separate question, what is people's perception of the chances of getting WISEMAN / AVOD these days? Does the plane type (747 vs 777) affect the likelihood of this?
