This recurring question is more for Sleeper services, where you basically aren't fed on the aircraft. If you make lounge access for pre-flight dining an essential part of service you are paying for, then what happens when that conflicts with your own policy to not allow minors in to the lounge?

You might only be paying for transport from A to B, but if you paid £x,000 for a J ticket and all you got to eat was a cookie, you might be a little aggrieved!
