I am EXP and I have trouble with ORD and BOS. Upgrades often come at the last minute. If one is just a PLT, my guess is hit or miss on the upgrades.

Usually LGA or JFK is not an issue. But then, I do not usually fly on Monday.

All my other routes, no problem. Pretty much 100% on upgrades.

Pretty satisfied with AA. Overall service and fare pricing have been good. Any travel issues I had this past year have been quickly solved.
