MSP can be hard depending on gates. I would recommend not checking bags and being prepared to gate check in MSP as you could be in last boarding group.
If you are seated in the back of a 757, pull into F20 on time at MSP, and your RAP flight is leaving from the end of the B concourse, you absolutely will not make that connection. By the time you get up the jetway and off your first flight the second flight will likely be closed.
