Where is it traveling to? US only or international?
Most US models will have the boil dry feature so no sustained high boil, Might be better off with a immersion heater in a pot of some type.

I know the cheap 240v Models we had in Afghanistan would boil dry in a matter of minutes. No way to keep it full unless you constantly added water.
