If I get the point which is a good one maybe best check the lowest F class fare possible on some routes and buy that straight away if competitive and not worry about waiting for UG chances. Seems this indeed is the new way of thinking. Nonetheless devalues the worth of elite status. If you want the real value than must shoot for highest elite level in this new environment more than ever!
