My observations are true of all passengers. The poster said: ... the crew does not call passengers by their name". He didn't say he wasn't called by name, he said 'passengers'.
"... the crew had attitude problem as well as not answering to service calls". He didn't say 'his' service calls', he said 'service calls'.
Plainly he has a chip on his shoulder. On my last four sectors, I think I heard only one service call. They simply weren't necessary.
