I just flew BNE-SIN-NRT-SIN-NRT, J on the 777 and F on the 747. There was not a
single interaction with crew in which they did not address me by name. Not one.

You would have to define "attitude problem". I didn't find it necessary to make any service calls, as all my needs were attended to at the right time. When my beer was almost empty, someone appeared and filled it right up. When I laid back to snooze, someone put a blanket over me.
What does it take to make you happy? I suspect the problem is not with the crew ...
