the lady had in fact paid, the crew made a mistake.
there is nothing possibly that you could make a fuss about on lufthansa. their service is impeccable. if you get cold food it is 99.9% likely because it is supposed to be
everyone will know on the ground however that you are on an award, from checkin to the lounge. it's written everywhere in association with your booking. but I have never once had substandard service.
Exactly. They have no way of knowing whether you earnt those miles used to book the award ticket by flying, buying or c/c spending. For all they know you could be flying 100+ paid sectors a year and have earnt all your miles that way and are now redeeming them.
