Earlier this year, it was time to change my electric provider. I got a few offers of bonus miles from some companies, however when i checked their per KwH rates, it was higher than the cheapest available. After I signed up, I noticed a large increase in these offers, however I have not checked if they have low rates. Has anyone taken advantage of these offers, and if so, was it the cheapest?
