In any case, your argument doesn't make much sense. One doesn't have to leave the country if the intention is to stiff the bank. Moreover, there are so many easier ways (like home equity loans) to rake up more debt and flee!
Forgot to mention that my FICO score is 800, that I have a cumulative CC limit of 250K+, have been living here for 10+ years, and that I do have my green card being processed.

Sorry, I didn't mean to be gruff. And for someone like you I do understand the frustration, where you're basically a permanent resident just not classified as one. That's the kind of thing that old fashioned systems (one on one talking to a banker) are better than our new automated systems that slice and dice and categorize you all automatically and it's a pain (or impossible) to try and get a human in the loop.
