Serveral other programmes have had a similiar challenge, one "Top Chef" had them prepare in CO's kitchen then serve the meal to CC while in the air.
"Next American Iron Chef" used the LH kitchen but tasted on the ground however the judges used certain critieria to judge, eg. what would it taste in the air? (extra seasoning/spices required).
Oh I do not watch Masterchef. Am I the only one?
