This episode just aired here in the UK tonight. (or was it a repeat? I never know with satellite tv channels anymore!!)

I must have very ordinary tastes as I would only have like about half of what they did. It looked very nice, but I'm not a fish or duck fan. Also I don't think they adressed the issue of how it would be prepared in the air. All very well preparing it on the ground, but give them a real challenge of delivering it in the air and see how they last (and the food for that matter!)

I didn't even recognise the famous chefs! Heston tomorrow (Mon) night so that should be good for laugh!
