Is this an award or paid ticket?
To where in Canada are you flying? It's a rather large country.
LH does not fly non-stop from CDG to Canada while AC flies nonstop to YUL and YYZ.
Unless you are flying First, I wouldn't make an extra connection just to fly LH Business.
