Perhaps you are male. I have no idea what the equivalent is for men of going to a spa for a week. Perhaps you could identify experience focused luxury travel - ski, bicycle, hike, dive - and thru doing that, find someone of like interest with whom you plan future travel.
perhaps playing golf? I have met some of my best friends while playing golf. Started as a twosome and paired up with another twosome. We have traveled all over the US playing golf since that time.
